HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Excluding production time, standard U.S. shipments take 3 - 7 business days. International, 7 - 14 business days depending on location. Since we produce each skin from scratch, it usually takes 48 - 72 hours before we ship the items out.

WHAT ARE THE RATES?

Domestic - United States - Flat Rate

• $3.95 - First-Class USPS (2 - 7 business days) **
  
• $19.95 - Express USPS (1 - 2 business days)

International - Flat Rate

WHY IS THERE AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY AND MAKE A PURCHASE?

If you are outside the United States and trying to make a purchase, you'll sometimes encounter an error message at the checkout point (when submitting your credit card information). This is due to credit card accounts that have zip codes greater or less than 6 digits. The fix: Please pay using PayPal - the order will then go through and we can send you our beautiful Glow Gel skins for your beautiful iPhone!
